2. Services are only available to eligible users who comply with the laws and regulations of their respective jurisdictions.  

 

User Obligations

1. Users must ensure that the registration and authentication information provided is true, accurate, and complete.  

2. Users shall properly safeguard their account and password and must not disclose or transfer them to any third party.  

3. Users may not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, network attacks, or any other illegal activities.  

4. Users must immediately notify GTB TECH upon discovering any abnormal account activity.  

 

  Intellectual Property    

1. All trademarks, logos, program codes, algorithms, and content on the platform are owned by GTB TECH.  

2. Without prior written permission, users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute related content.  

 

  Account Termination    

1. Users have the right to apply for account cancellation at any time.  

2. If a user violates these terms, GTB TECH reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate their account and services.  

3. Upon termination, user data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.  

 

  Governing Law and Dispute Resolution    

1. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates.  

2. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court for resolution.
